What you will do

• Define and drive technical standards, reference architectures, and readiness frameworks across the partner ecosystem.
• Lead high-severity, cross-partner technical escalations end-to-end, driving root-cause analysis and preventative actions.
• Translate complex partner requirements into clear technical specifications to influence the product roadmap.
• Design implementation-to-steady-state transition mechanisms to reduce time-to-value and improve adoption health.
• Mentor senior and mid-level Implementation Engineers and lead technical communities of practice.
• Conduct strategic technical governance and executive business reviews with global partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex issues across APIs, integrations, and deployment environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to travel up to 20% regionally; some international travel may be necessary.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
