What you will do

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Plan and maintain project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Track project execution to ensure on-time delivery and proactively escalate risks.
• Manage scope and priority changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear status updates and coordinate issue resolution across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and adopt AI-native practices.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project management or delivery support.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, scope, time, risk, and quality management basics.
• Hands-on familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to gather, structure, and document requirements clearly.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience working with US or international clients.
• Background in Business Analysis (BA), QA, or software development.
