What you will do
- Lead outbound sales strategy in specific regions and define high-value Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segments.
- Refine and optimize the end-to-end outbound sales process, from initial contact to opportunity creation.
- Implement a data-driven lead scoring system to ensure effective sales rep prioritization.
- Integrate AI tools and automation platforms to increase efficiency and personalization in lead generation.
- Strategically manage sales territory design, lead assignment, and CRM book reshuffles.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to drive adoption of new GTM processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Outbound Sales Management, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to translate complex GTM plans into scalable sales processes and territory designs.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach/Salesloft), and list-building software (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay.com).
- Experience or strong passion for utilizing AI in sales automation, prospecting, and data enrichment.
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
- Must be based in London, Amsterdam, Ghent, Berlin, or Paris
