What you will do
- Lead a regional team of Commercial Account Executives through the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sales growth.
- Own the Go-to-market vision, strategy, and execution specifically for the UKI region.
- Oversee the daily activities and performance of individual Account Executives.
- Build and strengthen the team through effective recruiting, hiring, and development strategies.
- Iterate upon the sales cycle, providing coaching and sharing best practices across the organization.
- Engage with key partners in the UKI market to create alignment and drive company focus.
Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling a software business in the UKI market.
- Experience within the integration, middleware, automation, or enterprise software space.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing high-performing teams.
- 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding country or region quotas.
