What you will do

• Act as business lead for assigned client accounts, ensuring alignment of resources to deliver client vision and satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships by understanding business issues, industry trends, competitors, and evolving needs.
• Develop and present innovative marketing communication plans, contribute to creative reviews, and ensure strategic consistency.
• Coach and lead account teams, providing training, feedback, and career development while balancing client needs with profitability.
• Oversee financial health of accounts, including scopes of work, forecasts, contracts, and organic growth opportunities.
• Build senior client relationships and collaborate across agency departments to propose groundbreaking solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years pharmaceutical agency experience.
• 5+ years in direct client/brand account management.
• 5+ years supervisory experience managing teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and be based in New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
