What you will do
- Prospect daily using cold calls, emails, social selling, and video messages to uncover decision-makers.
- Perform needs analyses to tailor value pitches and link client pain points to company benefits.
- Qualify leads against ICP and BANT/CHAMP criteria to book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain clean data and pipeline stages within HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing to convert campaigns into a qualified pipeline and provide market feedback.
- Track competitive movements and provide insights to refine messaging and product direction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold outreach and lead qualification using ICP, BANT, or CHAMP.
- Proficiency in CRM usage, specifically HubSpot, with a focus on data accuracy.
- Fluent American English with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to conduct quick needs analyses and handle basic pricing recommendations.
- Experience with list-building, data enrichment, and competitor insight tracking.
- Strong objection-handling skills and a goal-oriented mindset for target-driven environments.
