What you will do
- Call and follow up with inbound warm leads
- Qualify customers by understanding their move details, timeline, and needs
- Build trust quickly and deliver excellent customer experience
- Schedule and coordinate next steps to close deals
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in CRM
- Follow up consistently until booking or clear decline
- Hit weekly and monthly activity and conversion targets
Requirements
- 1+ year of SDR / BDR / inside sales experience (lead qualification or scoring)
- Strong phone presence — confident, friendly, persuasive
- Excellent communication skills to connect with people quickly
- Organized with reliable follow-up habits
- Hungry to learn, improve, and earn through performance
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment with high-volume leads
Nice to have
- Experience in moving industry, logistics, home services, or related sales
- CRM experience (any system)
