What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Research and identify target accounts within the defined ICP
  • Engage C-level executives with personalized messaging and present platform value
  • Qualify leads, book discovery meetings, and maintain CRM pipeline data
  • Refine outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting continuously
  • Hit weekly/monthly activity and meeting-booking targets

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on SDR/BDR experience in outbound B2B SaaS/tech (must-have)
  • Proven experience prospecting and selling to US-based companies (must-have)
  • Strong track record of booking meetings and building pipelines
  • Confidence communicating with C-level executives
  • Experience with multi-channel outbound (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
  • CRM experience (Monday.com preferred); familiarity with ZoomInfo, Apollo (strong plus)
  • Proactive, self-motivated, structured, and independent
