What you will do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach
- Research and identify target accounts within the defined ICP
- Engage C-level executives with personalized messaging and present platform value
- Qualify leads, book discovery meetings, and maintain CRM pipeline data
- Refine outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting continuously
- Hit weekly/monthly activity and meeting-booking targets
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of hands-on SDR/BDR experience in outbound B2B SaaS/tech (must-have)
- Proven experience prospecting and selling to US-based companies (must-have)
- Strong track record of booking meetings and building pipelines
- Confidence communicating with C-level executives
- Experience with multi-channel outbound (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
- CRM experience (Monday.com preferred); familiarity with ZoomInfo, Apollo (strong plus)
- Proactive, self-motivated, structured, and independent
