What you will do

• Own day-to-day commercial relationships with EU/UK carrier partners such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri.
• Identify and execute opportunities for expansion within the existing carrier portfolio.
• Manage contract compliance, rate monitoring, and performance tracking across the portfolio.
• Act as the primary bridge between carrier contacts and internal Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams.
• Lead carrier QBRs, partner introductions, and new product scoping conversations.
• Maintain accurate documentation for carrier agreements and integration operating procedures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in partner management, account management, or commercial partnerships, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS.
• Proven experience with EU or UK carriers and familiarity with international logistics and cross-border compliance.
• Experience managing commercial agreements within large organizations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Moderate technical fluency, specifically the ability to navigate and support discussions using API documentation.
