Salary: $120,000 base salary + competitive commission

What you will do
- Identify and engage prospective health payor clients to drive new business.
- Present and promote overpayment recovery solutions to key decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Monitor market conditions, competitors, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), health payor industry, healthcare sales, insurance, or revenue cycle management.
- Strong understanding of health payor operations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be able to travel 30% of the time.
- Existing strong network of industry contacts is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
