What you will do

• Scout and onboard vendor partners in NE for high-quality women's leather outerwear with fast lead times.
• Pitch vendors with clear test criteria and scale successful ones.
• Drive excellence in existing suppliers, expand redundant base to improve costs, quality, and terms.
• Manage supplier capacity at style level to match company growth.
• Source materials quickly and negotiate across T1-T3 supply chain.
• Build costing templates for negotiations and act as partner ambassador.
• Optimize launches for higher hit-rates and faster development by resolving bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 10+ years sourcing and merchandising in women's apparel, specifically women's outerwear for high-end US & Europe brands
• Deep category manufacturing knowledge and strong vendor relationships.
• Supply chain or operations background with analytical, data-driven decision-making.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative with excellent communication.
• Strategic understanding of sourcing landscape, trade benefits for US/Canada/Europe markets.
