Analyst I, Sourcing (Logistics)

What you will do

• Perform bid analysis and support Request for Quotes (RFQs).
• Conduct periodic spend analysis and track volumes for rebates and contract compliance.
• Manage transactional tasks including pricing updates and invoice resolution.
• Act as the first point of contact for plants and suppliers to resolve payment issues.
• Ensure compliance within ERP and other internal systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in a sourcing-related function.
• Experience with S&OP, ERP, or payment systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Shanghai, China.
