What you will do

• Lead the implementation and oversight of environmental programs across all project development phases in the UK.
• Manage contractor and supply chain performance to ensure effective implementation of environmental controls and permit conditions.
• Oversee critical environmental areas including air emissions, regulated waste, chemical management, and water quality.
• Engage with UK regulatory bodies such as the Environment Agency, Natural England, and Local Authorities.
• Conduct environmental audits, inspections, and KPI tracking to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Support the transition to operations through environmental readiness and ongoing compliance post-opening.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of UK environmental legislation and regulatory frameworks, including permitting and compliance.
• Understanding of environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001) and risk assessment processes.
• Ability to attend in-person interviews and work onsite at the Bedford location.
