What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of projects at the Bacton site, ensuring targets for safety, time, cost, and quality are met.
• Lead and coach the Project Management team to meet UI and client KPIs.
• Oversee the tendering process for new works within the terminal to ensure accurate submissions.
• Act as a visible leader for SHEQ, conducting audits and ensuring legal compliance with environmental and safety policies.
• Coordinate design, resource planning, and defects management in line with contract requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular communication and meetings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Gas Transmission projects is essential.
• Industry-related degree or professional membership (e.g., MCIOB/MICE).
• Valid CSCS card and driving licence.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple contracts and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Knowledge of Quality Management systems and document management.
