Location: Base location Solihull or Nottingham, with regular travel to other E.ON sites within the UK being an essential part of the role

Salary: £61,601 - £74,963

What you will do

  • Manage the outsourced Total Facilities Management (TFM) provider to ensure compliant, professional, and cost-effective services.
  • Oversee all aspects of building compliance and legislation, including Asbestos, Legionella, Fire, and electrical safety.
  • Develop and deliver a program of compliance audits across all sites, tracking actions and monitoring progress.
  • Act as the single interface between business stakeholders and the TFM provider to align facilities management with business needs.
  • Lead Business Continuity planning and manage operational incidents, including accident and near-hit investigations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and champion digitalization opportunities within site services.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline associated with facilities management.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven leadership experience in the delivery of operational building services across multiple sites.
  • Deep understanding of relevant legislation and compliance in relation to facilities management.
  • Proven contract management and supplier development skills.
  • Financial and commercial awareness with the ability to execute change.
  • Must be able to accept a full-time application.
