What you will do
- Manage the outsourced Total Facilities Management (TFM) provider to ensure compliant, professional, and cost-effective services.
- Oversee all aspects of building compliance and legislation, including Asbestos, Legionella, Fire, and electrical safety.
- Develop and deliver a program of compliance audits across all sites, tracking actions and monitoring progress.
- Act as the single interface between business stakeholders and the TFM provider to align facilities management with business needs.
- Lead Business Continuity planning and manage operational incidents, including accident and near-hit investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement and champion digitalization opportunities within site services.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline associated with facilities management.
- Minimum of 3 years proven leadership experience in the delivery of operational building services across multiple sites.
- Deep understanding of relevant legislation and compliance in relation to facilities management.
- Proven contract management and supplier development skills.
- Financial and commercial awareness with the ability to execute change.
- Must be able to accept a full-time application.
