What you will do

• Lead lifecycle marketing strategy to drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value
• Oversee retention budget allocation and optimize for maximum revenue impact
• Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy from ideation, execution, to performance optimization
• Leverage marketing technology, data architecture, and AI for scalable, targeted campaigns
• Analyze trends and translate insights into strategies for messaging, offers, and customer experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Experimentation, and other teams on high-impact initiatives
• Mentor team members and foster a high-performance culture

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in Customer Marketing or similar, with 3+ years managing a team
• Full ownership of CRM lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and optimization
• Track record managing substantial budgets in data-driven environments
• Experience with AI technologies and strong technical acumen
• Deep knowledge of marketing platforms like Braze, Salesforce, Customer Data Platforms
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Interest in iGaming and sportsbetting
