TL;DR

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Provo, Utah (In-office Tue, Wed, Thu)

Salary: $85,000 – $105,000

What you will do

  • Generate leads and new business opportunities via cold calling, email, texting, and social selling.
  • Qualify potential leads to ensure they are a strong fit for hirify.global’s products and services.
  • Partner with Account Executives to nurture leads through the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the revenue team to improve and shape the overall outbound SDR strategy.
  • Continuously learn and iterate on sales craft through collaboration with leadership and cross-functional members.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in AI or high-growth markets.
  • Must be based in the Provo, Utah office for a hybrid schedule.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding professional goals and quotas.
  • Confident communication and strong persuasion skills with a persistent approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in legal tech or selling to in-house legal teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven software solutions or legal text processing.
  • Proficiency with sales development tools and knowledge of sales methodologies.
