Location: Fully remote within the U.S. (Los Angeles or Las Vegas preferred)

Salary: $23.00–$24.50 per hour USD plus commissions

What you will do

  • Conduct cold outreach and targeted prospecting to healthcare decision-makers to secure meetings.
  • Generate a proactive sales pipeline via personalized cold calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover business needs and align AI solutions with prospect pain points.
  • Develop and refine tailored strategic messaging to highlight the company's unique value proposition.
  • Manage accurate lead records and activity tracking within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account plans and ensure seamless lead handovers.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding qualified meeting and opportunity targets.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts.

Nice to have

  • Experience specifically within the Healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Sandler, or Challenger Sale.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (EHR, RCM, HIE, telehealth).
