What you will do

• Operate the Group Outsourcing Governance Framework and support the Group Outsourcing Forum.
• Interpret regulatory developments (CSSF, JFSC, EBA) and translate them into practical guidance and controls.
• Provide ongoing oversight of outsourced activities through risk assessments and due diligence reviews.
• Maintain the Group Outsourcing Register and coordinate the monitoring of outsourced providers.
• Prepare regulatory filings and present reports to Boards and Senior Leadership.
• Lead outsourcing-related projects and collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Technology teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• University degree and/or relevant professional qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with Senior Leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence constructively.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a changing regulatory environment.
