What you will do

• Provide support and challenge to ensure risk is integrated into the business according to the Risk Management Framework.
• Lead risk deep dives and assessments for strategic initiatives within the asset management business.
• Offer independent views on risks and suggest appropriate mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Represent the Risk function at formal governance meetings and project working groups.
• Identify top risks and support the quarterly risk appetite and reporting processes.
• Oversee risk events and lead the development of RCSAs.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience within the asset management industry.
• Exposure to regulatory rules such as COLL, COBS, PRIN, and PROD.
• Experience in operational risk management within a financial services company.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
