What you will do

• Drive asset profitability and performance across a portfolio of assets.
• Lead workstreams with stakeholders for operational, financial initiatives, process improvements, and risk management.
• Monitor and report on technical and financial performance, aligning with investment objectives and identifying risks/opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, ESG, and governance requirements.
• Oversee incident management and maintain relationships with critical suppliers.
• Partner with fund teams on reporting, budgeting, and asset valuations.

Requirements

• Manager level with 5-10 years in commercial/financial roles in renewables, preferably fund management.
• Excellent commercial skills for issue resolution, managing technical teams, and leveraging finance/legal expertise.
• Strong renewables market knowledge including suppliers, contracts, and industry norms.
• Experience in renewable asset management with understanding of technical assumptions, KPIs, and risks.
• Ability to collaborate under pressure on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• High commercial/numerical acumen and knowledge of key financial metrics.
