What you will do

• Handle TPA oversight and quality assessment for general liability and commercial auto claims.
• Ensure compliance with claim handling protocols through focused reviews and file audits.
• Analyze claims metrics, including reserve accuracy, productivity, and expense management.
• Develop and execute action plans to address deficiencies identified within quality reviews.
• Manage and resolve complex disputed claims, participating in mediations and settlement conferences.
• Collaborate with underwriting groups, brokers, and senior management to improve departmental efficiency.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of claims handling or related legal experience.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.
• In-depth knowledge of litigation, arbitration, and the trial process.
• Possession of or ability to obtain all required adjuster licenses.
• Strong negotiation, investigation, and analytical skills.
