Salary: $97,520 - $134,090 + 25% incentive

• Resolve high-complexity and high-exposure casualty construction claims.
• Analyze policy language to confirm coverage and communicate positions.
• Coordinate investigations and direct outside counsel and experts.
• Determine liability and damages to set accurate reserves.
• Negotiate and settle claims directly or through mediation and arbitration.
• Mentor and train claims specialists and serve as a technical resource.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of claims handling experience.
• Expertise in high-exposure construction bodily injury and property damage.
• Valid or eligible for claims adjuster license.
• US Work Authorization is mandatory; no visa sponsorship provided.
• JD degree or industry designations (CPCU, AIC, ARM, etc.) preferred.
• Strong experience in negotiation and stakeholder management.
