Salary: $80,000 – $106,000

What you will do
- Review and authorize claims, reserves, and payments submitted by TPAs that exceed their authority.
- Conduct coverage analysis and provide guidance to TPAs to ensure timely and equitable claim disposition.
- Prepare notifications for underwriters and reinsurers regarding large or contentious claims.
- Perform claim file audits to monitor TPA performance and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with brokers, program partners, and senior leadership on high-exposure matters.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support data calls, audits, and reporting requests.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of claims handling experience in property, casualty, or specialty lines.
- Strong understanding of insurance coverage principles and policy interpretation.
- Proven experience in investigating claims, exposure analysis, and reserving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to one of the hub locations in the United States (TX or NJ).
Nice to have
- Experience working with TPAs or program business.
- Exposure to litigated claims.
- Interest in pursuing professional designations such as AIC, ARM, or CPCU.
