Salary: $97,520 - $134,090

What you will do

• Confirm insurance coverage by reviewing policies and submitted documents for high-complexity construction claims.
• Lead, coordinate, and direct investigations into loss facts and the extent of damages.
• Direct and monitor assignments to experts and outside counsel to determine insured exposure.
• Negotiate and settle claims while managing reserves within established authority.
• Serve as a technical resource, mentoring and training specialists within the organization.
• Manage senior internal and external stakeholders, including underwriting, actuarial, brokers, and major account clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of claims handling experience, specifically with high-exposure construction bodily injury and property damage.
• US Work Authorization required (hirify.global does not provide visa sponsorship).
• Must have or be eligible to receive a claims adjuster license.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or industry designations (e.g., CPCU, ARM, AIC) preferred.
• Expertise in policy language interpretation and experience in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and senior stakeholder management skills.
