What you will do

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and AI tools; research non-traditional talent pools.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Conduct outreach, screening conversations, and assess fit, motivation, and potential.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role needs and deliver shortlists.
• Manage candidate relationships and experience; contribute to employer branding.
• Analyze sourcing channel performance and support team initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 0–1 years in recruiting, HR, or related (internships count)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Genuine curiosity about people and what makes them thrive
• High attention to detail and ability to move fast
• Learning agility and comfort in ambiguity

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools for sourcing or productivity
• Familiarity with ATS
• High-volume or agency recruiting exposure
• Interest in creators, content, and internet culture
• Basic data or reporting skills
