Salary: $80,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Build candidate pipelines by researching companies, talent pools, and refining sourcing strategies
• Craft personalized outreach and run campaigns across channels to boost response rates
• Maintain ATS data, manage multiple pipelines, and partner with recruiters on priorities
• Shadow recruiters, incorporate feedback, and take on screening and coordination tasks

Requirements

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong research skills to uncover hard-to-find information

• Scrappy and resourceful with limited direction
