What you will do

• Build AI-native products that reshape how HR teams source, hire, and operate.
• Design and orchestrate AI agents and agentic workflows to accelerate product delivery.
• Ship full-stack features end-to-end, from customer insight to production-ready experience.
• Prototype rapidly using AI-augmented tooling and iterate based on real-world feedback.
• Architect and evolve systems to support performance, reliability, and scale.
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards for agentic development across the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience with demonstrated growth in scope.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js in production environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agentic workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
• Proven experience building and shipping full-stack products in startup or zero-to-one environments.
• Track record of operating as a Product Engineer, owning the full lifecycle without dedicated PM support.
• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining multi-agent orchestration systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
• Prior experience in a Tech Lead, Founding Engineer, or Product role.
• Experience working directly with customers to inform product decisions.
