What you will do

• Build and maintain the technical infrastructure used by the support organization to diagnose and resolve platform issues.
• Design and build AI agents and automated workflows to ensure support responses are fast and scalable.
• Develop internal dashboards and diagnostic tools using React, Node.js, and GCP.
• Act as a technical mentor for support agents, explaining the inner workings of the GCAI platform.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to convert support friction points into permanent product improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Support Engineering, DevOps, or Full-stack roles.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically GCP.
• Proven track record of designing and documenting automated technical processes.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/LLM integrations and troubleshooting prompt-related issues.
• Background in building secure, compliant systems (SOC2, GDPR).
• Experience with modern ORMs and API design.
• Familiarity with legal tech or high-growth B2B SaaS.
