Salary: $165,000 – $350,000

What you will do

• Design and implement full-stack features across React, TypeScript, Node.js.
• Architect scalable backend systems and cloud-native solutions on GCP.
• Shape technical direction through architecture decisions and infrastructure improvements.
• Mentor engineers via code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Own end-to-end mission-critical features from API to UI used by lawyers daily.
• Turn customer feedback into specs, ship quickly, and enhance reliability with observability and testing.

Requirements

• 3+ years building production-grade web applications
• Strong expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React, including frontend architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP)
• Track record designing scalable backend systems and proven architectural decisions
• Based in US or Canada

Nice to have

• Modern ORMs (Drizzle/Prisma), API design, DevOps
• Building secure, compliant systems
• AI/LLM integrations, mentoring, legal tech or B2B SaaS experience
