District Sales Manager (Sales): Managing and growing the dealer network for Gravely commercial lawn equipment in the South Florida territory with an accent on dealer relationship management and market share expansion. Location: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred residence in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted business advisor to dealer partners to drive sales and incremental growth of Gravely brands.
  • Manage and coordinate activities for existing and new dealer partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop account-specific strategies to protect and expand market share within the territory.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline of new dealer prospects to ensure territory growth.
  • Provide management with regular feedback on sales forecasts, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Support the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, and equipment demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish) required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a dealer-based environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of power equipment is a plus.
