What you will do

• Generate a pipeline of unconventional stunt ideas to earn attention from business travel decision-makers.
• Ideate across physical installations, OOH stunts, digital activations, and influencer partnerships.
• Own the end-to-end execution: from conceptualization and scoping to production and launch.
• Manage a network of contractors and production partners to scale activations.
• Partner with brand and performance teams to align stunts with brand search volume and CAC efficiency.
• Define and track success metrics for every activation to measure commercial impact.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in brand, experiential, or stunt marketing.
• Proven track record of creating work that generates earned attention and cultural conversation.
• Ability to operate hands-on from concept to launch without heavy agency reliance.
• Must be based in the USA.
• AI-fluent and adaptive to modern production and ideation tools.
• Strong communication skills for pitching bold ideas to executive leadership.
