What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ML engineers to foster technical excellence and career development.
• Define the ML strategy, ensuring best practices in architecture, frameworks, and operationalization.
• Oversee the development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-powered solutions for real-world B2B challenges.
• Establish scalable ML infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and data pipelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Backend Developer, Data Engineer, or ML Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Proficiency in Python (Java is an advantage).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI-based solutions at scale.
• Deep expertise with LLMs and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
