What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of project portfolios, ensuring quality, timeliness, and commercial margins
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, managing expectations and project scope
• Lead project meetings and communicate clear direction to internal teams and clients
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies for project success
• Develop proposals and sales pitches to generate leads and account growth
• Mentor team members and align responsibilities with their professional development
• Advise clients on AI strategy and articulate business value in regulated environments

Requirements

• Successful experience in technology delivery, ideally from consulting, technology, or data backgrounds
• Skill in building customer trust and translating technical details to business challenges
• Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and workflow enhancement
• Experience delivering outcomes using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Comfort in ambiguous settings with understanding of commercials and pricing
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and account growth
