What you will do

• Oversee delivery of an end-to-end portfolio of Applied AI projects, ensuring quality, timely completion, and healthy commercial margins.
• Build trusted customer relationships, manage expectations, and control project scope.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across clients and internal teams.
• Identify delivery risks and lead mitigation actions.
• Develop proposals and sales pitches, identify account-growth opportunities, and advise clients on AI strategy and solutions.
• Mentor project team members and align responsibilities with their professional development.

Requirements

• Successful experience in technology delivery, ideally within consulting, technology, or data-focused environments.
• Experience building customer trust and translating technical detail into business challenges and solutions.
• Structured, analytical, and technical approach to problem-solving.
• Experience delivering strong outcomes using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and understanding project commercials and pricing.
• Experience identifying and implementing new business opportunities, including account growth and external business development.
