What you will do

• Prioritise and drive delivery of key strategic business changes.
• Manage requirements planning with business strategy and development teams.
• Lead a team of Product Owners to maximise value in Operations, Customer Services, and Regulatory channels.
• Own the backlog for Operational and Regulatory teams and track business benefits.
• Build relationships with senior management and stakeholders.
• Gather feedback to improve customer experience and processes.

Requirements

• Change Management experience at Senior level, ideally in Financial Services or Regulatory environment
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management at Director level, and line management experience
• Strategic planning and delivery, Agile/SDLC/SAFe methodologies
• Knowledge of financial markets, regulatory framework, Customer Services, Operations, and Regulatory processes
• Analytical skills, data-informed decision-making, effective communication
