Salary: Base $140,000–$175,000, OTE $280,000–$350,000 (uncapped)

What you will do

  • Own revenue outcomes and drive consistent quota attainment for a team of AEs.
  • Coach team members through hands-on deal reviews, call coaching, and strategy sessions.
  • Define and refine go-to-market strategy and best practices for pipeline generation and execution.
  • Hire, develop, and retain high-potential enterprise sales talent.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to improve conversion and product-market fit.
  • Manage pipeline health, accurate forecasting, and rigorous deal inspection.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technical sales.
  • 2+ years of experience leading AEs in enterprise or complex sales environments.
  • Proven track record of driving team quota attainment.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder, high-value sales cycles.
  • Must be based in the USA (eligible for 401k and US health benefits).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into media, creative, or technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI, video, or developer-facing products.
  • Background in high-growth or early-stage environments.
