Salary: Base $140,000–$175,000, OTE $280,000–$350,000 (uncapped)

What you will do
- Own revenue outcomes and drive consistent quota attainment for a team of AEs.
- Coach team members through hands-on deal reviews, call coaching, and strategy sessions.
- Define and refine go-to-market strategy and best practices for pipeline generation and execution.
- Hire, develop, and retain high-potential enterprise sales talent.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to improve conversion and product-market fit.
- Manage pipeline health, accurate forecasting, and rigorous deal inspection.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technical sales.
- 2+ years of experience leading AEs in enterprise or complex sales environments.
- Proven track record of driving team quota attainment.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, high-value sales cycles.
- Must be based in the USA (eligible for 401k and US health benefits).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into media, creative, or technical audiences.
- Familiarity with AI, video, or developer-facing products.
- Background in high-growth or early-stage environments.
