Location: Remote (United States), East Coast preferred

Salary: $200,000 – $285,000 OTE + equity

What you will do

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with company growth goals for the US market.
  • Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota setting.
  • Design, optimize, and scale sales processes across the funnel to increase deal velocity and productivity.
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and the establishment of key performance KPIs and dashboards.
  • Act as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment and drive change management.

Requirements

  • 8-15+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or related roles.
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams.
  • Proven success in scaling sales operations within high-growth SaaS or tech environments.
  • Expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Exposure to SaaS models or cloud infrastructure sales.
  • MBA degree.
