Manager, Healthcare Enterprise Sales (AI): Leading AI transformation strategy and sales for health insurance companies and health plans with an accent on the payer segment and C-suite engagement. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York City, NY or San Francisco, CA (minimum 25% office presence required)
Salary: $435,000 - $550,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Define and execute AI transformation strategies for health insurance companies and payer organizations.
- Build and lead a specialized team focused on the payer segment to drive consistent, high-value outcomes.
- Develop repeatable playbooks for AI implementation across claims adjudication, prior authorization, and care management.
- Partner directly with C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, CMO, CTO) to design multi-million dollar AI transformation roadmaps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Applied AI Engineers, Product, and Legal teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Build strategic relationships with payer-focused system integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte Health, and Optum Advisory.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years specifically in the payer segment.
- Deep understanding of payer business models, economics, and regulatory environments (HIPAA, CMS regulations).
- Proven experience in leadership roles driving technology transformation or operational improvement.
- Ability to engage credibly with both clinical and technical stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability for complex deals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
