What you will do

• Drive weekly and quarterly business reviews (WBR/QBR), delivering data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead the adoption of AI tools, specifically Claude and Gemini, to modernize and maximize efficiency of CX workflows.
• Partner with Directors, Finance, and People Ops to synchronize strategic initiatives and OKRs.
• Translate complex raw data into actionable business strategies for CX leadership.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in strategic consulting, business operations, or leadership support in high-speed environments.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics and the tech scale-up ecosystem.
• High data literacy with the ability to independently analyze and translate complex data into strategies.
• Advanced capabilities in G-Suite and modern AI tools (Claude and Gemini).
• Full proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
