What you will do

• Lead US federal and state political strategy and manage the Washington D.C. presence to build institutional trust.
• Design creative playbooks and "campaign-style" activations to advance the adoption of autonomous freight.
• Develop long-term footprints and partnerships with ports, universities, and industry coalitions.
• Partner with the Communications team to shape the public narrative and secure media attention.
• Leverage government relationships to secure PPPs and support RFPs, converting political interest into contracts.
• Represent the company as a leading policy voice at congressional briefings and industry events.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in government affairs or political strategy.
• Deep professional ties to Washington D.C. and federal institutions.
• Proven track record in complex sectors such as technology, mobility, energy, or defense.
• Experience building government affairs functions from the ground up and managing lobbyists.
• Ability to develop proactive regulatory frameworks and model legislation.
• Must be based in the United States.
