What you will do

• Take full responsibility for the execution success of significant, complex, and high-priority programs.
• Manage 17 critical facets of execution, including command & control, scheduling, and technical performance.
• Develop cohesive execution plans and manage financial and contractual baselines.
• Analyze financial data and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead negotiation efforts and drive new business development.
• Identify and apply AI opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance at time of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of product applications, customer markets, and business strategies.
