Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex programs in platform, product, or business systems.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to link execution to business goals and customer outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders and drive alignment in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent critical and systems thinking skills to solve complex organizational problems.
• Outstanding communication skills, specifically synthesizing complex inputs for executive audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work in San Mateo, CA.
