What you will do

• Lead the CTSC expansion roadmap, managing market prioritization, site diligence, and business-case development.
• Manage end-to-end physical execution of new sites, including permitting, build-out, utilities, and equipment procurement.
• Establish and enforce maintenance strategy standards and SLAs to ensure asset reliability across all location formats.
• Own facilities-related procurement categories and manage the national and local vendor ecosystem.
• Oversee day-to-day lease administration, monitoring rent schedules and landlord obligations.
• Govern capital project prioritization and allocate budgets to high-value, risk-reducing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities/Construction Management, or Supply Chain (or 12+ years of equivalent experience).
• 7 or more years of progressive experience in multi-site facilities management and/or procurement.
• Experience in retail, commercial service, or light industrial environments.
• Strong vendor management experience, including national programs and local partner networks.
