What you will do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the procurement team, including vendor and customer correspondence.
• Review and process purchase orders and maintain accurate, compliant procurement records.
• Monitor order statuses and delivery schedules, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Resolve delivery or invoice issues through effective communication with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal contract and pricing teams to ensure total invoice accuracy.
• Ensure all activities adhere to internal procurement procedures and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or procurement support role.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US; sponsorship is not provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or supply chain management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
