What you will do
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to delivery to hit growth targets.
- Drive the acquisition of new B2B customers using autonomy and shared leads across the Octopus group.
- Utilize CRM systems to track progress, record insights, and keep the pipeline up to date.
- Plan and execute customer launch events to promote EV charging solutions and the transition to electric vehicles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to iterate B2B market propositions and sales materials.
- Provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process and in after-sales care.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Previous sales experience within a B2B and/or SaaS consultative environment.
- Strong passion for Electric Vehicles, energy, and decarbonization.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills for B2B relationship building.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid)

- Knowledge of the car leasing and fleet market.
