What you will do

• Develop the long-term roadmap for the global financial tech stack, creating a modular and scalable architecture.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new financial technologies (ERP, Billing, Tax) to replace legacy debt.
• Partner with Engineering to define API integrations and system logic ensuring 100% data integrity.
• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies to automate manual reconciliations and repetitive audit tasks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure upstream product launches flow correctly into downstream financial systems.
• Ensure all builds meet rigorous SOX compliance and GAAP/IFRS standards using AI-driven diagnostics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in core Finance domains (General Ledger, AP/AR, Procurement, Reporting).
• Deep expertise in Corporate Finance systems, specifically Oracle R12 and Fusion.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale system transitions in multi-billion dollar enterprise environments.
• Experience applying Prompt Engineering or LLMs (e.g., Gemini) to accelerate requirement gathering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to communicate tradeoffs to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-pair programming tools or LLM-based data analysis for financial data models.
• Advanced knowledge of global tax compliance engines and automated revenue recognition standards.
