What you will do
- Serve as primary Product Owner for Occupier Salesforce and CRM platforms, owning product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned to business priorities.
- Partner with brokers, leaders, and teams to identify needs and define capabilities for pipeline management, account strategy, pursuits, and client engagement.
- Manage backlog end-to-end: define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritize based on outcomes, and handle scope and dependencies.
- Lead discovery and solution shaping with UX, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure clear delivery understanding.
- Drive release readiness, adoption planning, communications, training, and post-release stabilization.
- Coordinate CRM workflows and integrations across platforms for cohesive experiences and data consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Real Estate, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 5+ years in product management, product ownership, or business systems in B2B environment.
- 3+ years owning Salesforce (Sales Cloud preferred), including backlog, workflows, and stakeholder management.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams using agile practices.
- Strong skills in translating business needs to requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Slack workflows and integrations for sales processes.
- Knowledge of sales enablement tools, CRM data integration, and reporting.
- Experience driving adoption and change management in sales environments.
- Salesforce Administrator, Product Owner, or Agile certifications.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate and leasing workflows.
