What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate all inventory exception activities to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
• Partner with 3PL providers to resolve OS&D (over, short, damaged) issues and maintain ERP accuracy.
• Manage reverse logistics flows for returns and exchanges to support origin or clearance outlets.
• Lead the management of Salesforce ticketing for logistics requests from internal and external partners.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and streamline inventory flow.
• Audit daily, weekly, and monthly activities to ensure operational compliance and accuracy.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or work on-site in Boston Heights, OH, USA
• Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience, including cycle counting, WMS, and ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of logistics and warehousing operations (picking, shipping, delivery, and returns).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams).
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to manage work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required; College degree preferred.
