Location: Hybrid in Berlin (3+ days/week in office)

Salary: €60,000–€70,000 per year + equity

What you will do

• Lead GTM and strategic projects end-to-end with high responsibility.
• Strengthen the GTM engine by analyzing opportunities and introducing new tools.
• Explore new market segments and assess the value of potential investments.
• Kick off international expansion by creating comprehensive launch plans for new markets.
• Revamp the company pricing model by applying key business learnings.
• Support the Founder and CEO with day-to-day operational work.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in business, management, economics, or a related field.
• Early-career professional (recent graduates, interns, or those with limited experience).
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or venture capital.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, context-switch quickly, and take full ownership.
