What you will do

• Lead requirements elicitation, organization, translation, analysis, and prioritization efforts.
• Analyze business processes to support more efficient decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Identify process gaps and organizational inefficiencies using Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Document business process solutions using Microsoft Visio and industry-standard flowcharting conventions.
• Develop technical and end-user documentation via portal wikis and official government documents.
• Implement quantitative and qualitative methods to measure the impact of process improvement and KM initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or another technical area.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Sec+ Certification required.
• Must currently hold and maintain TS/SCI security clearance.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
